Required Documents For Apply For Visa ''D''
When applying for a Visa Type "D," commonly known as a long-term visa, it's crucial to ensure you have all the necessary documents to support your application. Here's a comprehensive list of the documents typically required:
- One photo (Size 35mm x 45 mm) must be taken during visa submission
- Invitation approved by the OCMA
- Employment agreement A copy of signed employment agreement has to be submitted along with the documents
- A copy of a proof of your intended residence in Latvia has to be submitted along with the documents.
- Proof of the previous employment + ITRs
- Proof of the previous education Originals presented and copies of your prior education diplomas and mark sheets have to be submitted
- Ticket reservation
- Travel insurance is to be valid for the whole Schengen area and covers the entire period of the intended visit (90 days). The minimum coverage of 42,600 EUR
How To Apply For Latvia Work Permit?
After we received the required documents above, the Employer reviewed the documents and if needed an interview will be made via Skype video. Once we received the payment, we will submit the documents to the appointed Attorney. The process of obtaining a Visa Issuance Letter (Work Permit) is between 10-and 15 working days. After the Visa Issuance Letter is issued, we will send it to you by Courier. And you shall submit the application for the Visa at the Latvia Embassy in your country. The embassy will issue you a “one year “Visa Type D / single or multiple entries, and it’s renewable furthermore each year.
